BBQ Pocket kulcha
Kulcha is an Indian bread generally served with chole (chikpeas). But here we introduce a new and easy way to prepare delicious pocket kulcha with BBQ stuffing…………..
2 pcs Readymade bread kulcha
150gms diced Cottage cheese
2 tbs Butter
1 Capsicum chopped in square
1 Onions chopped in square
1 chopped Tomatoes
3-4 Garlic cloves
2 tbs tomato sauce
2 tbs Chings schezwan sauce
Salt to taste
Butter for grilling kulcha
Heat butter in a pan.
Add garlic, onion, capsicum, tomato and sauté for 2 min.
Add cubes of cottage cheese, schezwan sauce, oregano, tomato sauce and salt and sauté for another 2-3 min.
Keep the filling aside to cool.
How to proceed-
Cut the bread kulcha in half’s.
Take the half of kulcha and make a pocket between it. (Note- the side should not be separated)
Put the filling inside the pocket of kulcha and grease both the sides of kulcha from butter.
Grill the stuffed kulcha and serve it with your favorite dip.
