Chocolate Golguppa (Panipuri)

Ingredients (serving for 15 pcs)
For Chocolate Golgappa-
15 pcs golgappa
100 gm Dark chocolate compound
100 gm Milk chocolate compound
For Golgappa filling-
100 gms Whipped cream
Mixed fruits (Grapes, Pomegranate, Orange, Pineapple, Apple)
Melt both the chocolate together in double boiling method.
Make holes in the all the golgappas and dip them in melted chocolate and refrigerate it for 10-15 min.
Mix whipped cream and fruits together for the filling and refrigerate it for 45-60 min.
How to proceed-
Fill all the golgappas with the cream fruit filling as required and serve chill.
Note – you can use chocolate mousse, whipped cream and mixed fruits for garnishing in shot glasses as shown in the picture.
