Macaroni Waldorf Salad

The bowl full of goodness!! – This fruity salad with macaroni, nuts, mayo and curd is full of flavors and healthy too. In fact this is something which can be served at any time of the day. Salad are just perfect for any occasion or no occasion.

Waldorf Salad is always on my top preference when it come to selection of salad. whenever ever me and my friends are out for dinner Waldorf salad is must. So i just thought why not to prepare this by myself and finally i am here with recipe of it with a twist. And believe me this salad tastes heavenly simultaneously takes no time to prepare.

Preparation Time –  10 Minutes 

Cooking Time – 10 Minutes

Serves –  4 person

¾ cup greek yogurt/ hung curd
¼ cup Mayonnaise
1 cup boiled macaroni
2 whole apples diced
¼ cup chopped bell peppers, lengthwise
¼ pineapple cubes (canned)
¼ cup chopped red grapes (optional)
1½ tsp organic honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp coarse sea salt
¼ cup walnuts, roughly chopped

1. In a large bowl whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
2. Add remaining ingredients, and stir properly.
3. Refrigerate until cold or at least for an hour.
4. Garnish witch mint leaves and serve
