Mexican tacos

For dough
¾ cup Maize flour (makai atta)
5 tbsp All purpose flour
½ tbsp oil
All purpose flour for rolling
Salt to taste
Luke warm water
Oil for deep frying
For Filling
1 cup baked beans (tin available in market)
1 tbsbButter
1 large Chopped onions
1 large Chopped capsicum
2-3 cloves Chopped garlic
½ cup Grated Morzilla cheese
1 tbs Oregano
1/2 tbs Chili flakes
Salt to taste
Ingredients for dressing
¼ cup chopped spring onions
¼ cup shredded lettuce leaves
¼ cup processed cheese

For tacos shell
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a soft dough adjusting with the quantity of water.
Make thin roti using little all purpose flour and prick it evenly with a fork.
Now deep fry the roti until little golden brown and take it on a cloth and fold immedietly with the help of a rolling pan to make the shells and keep aside.
For the baked beans filling
Heat butter in a pan add garlic, onions, capsicum and sauté for 1-2 min. Add all other ingredients and mix until incorporated well. Cook for another 2-3 min. keep the filling aside to cool.

How to proceed
Place the tacos shell on serving plate and put 1 spoon full of baked beans filling in each shell.
Garnish the shells with processed cheese and lettuces leaves and serve immediately.
